The role involves assisting the team with:
Talent Acquisition: Planning, JDs, sourcing channels, shortlisting, interview
experience, database management, employee referrals
Life-cycle Management: Offer letters, on-boarding experience, induction
process, database management, grievance addressal, exit interviews
Team Engagement: Planning and execution of engagement activities and
training sessions
Attendance and Payroll: Leave management, attendance, running payroll and
managing HR compliances.
Performance Management: Annual appraisal, quarterly reviews
Policies: Manage and implement relevant HR policies.
