Writing and maintaining the attendance musters
Processing the payroll for the staff members, and preparing the documents for the same and handling it over to accounts team
Maintain the Leave Application Record of all the staff members
Recruitment for new position as per instructions from HR Head
Publish and remove job ads from online portal
Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
Follow-up from the candidates post interviews and update the authorities
Complete coordination of the pre and post interview process.
Complete the onboarding formalities of the new staff members.
Respond to queries about School policies and protocol
Making the offer letters and appointment letters, and getting it signed from the signing authorities
Preparation of Experience letters and other letters as per instructions from the authorities
Informing the authorities for any updates and grievances of the staff members
Responsibility of making new bank accounts of new joiners
Follow the exit formalities of the staff members who have resigned and left the School
Organize and coordinate with the Authorities regarding the Field Trips and Picnics for the students
Coordination and participation in the school events and execute the duties as allotted
Any other work given by authorities
Job Requirement:
Bachelors Degree with Specialization in Human Resource
Minimum 1 years of work experience in HR Department, preferably school.
Good written and oral communication
