JOB DETAILS
Talent Acquisition:
Coordinating for staff approvals with respective heads
Maintaining database of approved position and keeping track of same
Coordinating for documents with selected candidates
Follow up with joining candidate for pre-joining process
Ensuring pre joining process (joining template, Tab, laptop, business card ID card etc..)
Post joining process (IT request, Bank account opening letter etc..)
Payroll:
Coordinating and submitting on time accurate payroll data for PLSIPL and Third Party employees
Handling queries related to payroll
HRIMS:
Maintaining and following up for confirmations of employees
On time releasing confirmation letters of employees
Maintaining data related to transfer of employees of West region
Maintaining data related to trainings of West region employees
Maintaining PIP database of West region employees
Exit Process :
Coordinating for separation process with exiting employee
Making necessary request in system for exiting employee
Other Support:
Coordinating and following up for mediclaim intimation and documents
from employees
Coordinating for Employee Engagement activities
Supporting RHR is arranging training
Supporting RHR is admin activities for West Region
Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 PA.
