Maintain Master data File of employees. · Keep Records of Company’s Flats & Vehicles. · Do On boarding Formalities - Appointment letter, Documentation of new joinees. · Do Relieving Formalities- F&F Settlement. · Maintain Attendance records. Maintain Leave Records & Leave Tracker. · Maintain Track of Extra payments like office expenses, travel claims, advance etc. · Assist in Recruitment Process. · Keep track of Policies and Its renewal like GMC, Gratuity, WCP. · Responsible for Birthday Celebrations. · Responsible for Mobile Corporate Connection, Internet Connections. Its payments & renewals. · Maintain Asset Records of Desktop’s /laptop’s/Printers/Mobile Phones etc. · Assist in Payroll Processing. · Responsible for activities related to HRMS. · PF & ESIC Enrolment and Activation. · Responsible for Domestic Ticket Bookings · Admin/Office related Work · Any other work given by HOD/Management.
