Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives
Develop and execute recruiting plans
Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Provide clerical and administrative support.
Responsible for overall Time Office related functions viz., maintaining and updating the required registers and records of employees attendance, leave, overtime, out-door duty, etc.
Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with operations team.
Onboarding ,Exit formalities, Payroll inputs updates
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
Preparation of increment letters, other employee related documents and issuing it to the employees
Responsible for payroll management, and processing and distribution of timely salaries of employees, salary slip, computation of leave encashment, Bonus, Gratuity and full and final settlements, etc.
Managing candidate selection process - Making initial calls to candidates to check basic information, coordination with respective team for shortlisting of candidates, scheduling and managing interviews of candidates with the relevant interviewer, sending written assignments or tests (in coordination with teams) and following up candidates for obtaining responses
Coordination with the finally shortlisted candidates -
Coordinating with short listed candidates for obtaining CTC documents/ salary slips etc for giving offer, coordination with Team Managers for sending offer to selected candidate, sending offer email/ documents and follow up for acceptance email/documents from candidates, resolving queries on offer, sending employment contract and obtaining signatures.
