Designation - Senior HR Executive (payroll)
Work From Office
Location - Turbhe
Roles & Responsibilities-
Managing payroll inputs as per the payroll calendar and ensuring data accuracy.
Managing exit process from system as well as from full and final settlement perspective.
Deal with data changes that impact payroll.
Managing payroll related compliance like PF, ESIC.
Managing multiple employee databases and HRIS.
Able to prepare salary annexure as per compliance.
Have ability to manage employee life cycle post hiring.
Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
Manage the organizations employee database and prepare reports.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Assist with budget monitoring and payroll.
Supervise the delivery of end to end activities associated with all HR functions
Provide analytical support for all incidents and situations in the area of HR related matters
Vendor management
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in human resource management or related field or equivalent years of experience
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Have good excel knowledge
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
