We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. This role involves handling HR administrative tasks, assisting in recruitment efforts, facilitating employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for creating a positive work environment.
Role & Responsibility:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
Post and Check Job Descriptions for all active Jobs on portals like Indeed / Internshala, etc to identify staffing needs and execute the full recruitment cycle.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientations to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
2) HR Records Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, attendance records, and other HR-related documentation..
3) Employee Relations:
Act as a resource for employees, addressing questions and concerns while maintaining a confidential and respectful approach.
Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and issues in accordance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
4) HR Compliance:
Stay current with employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
Assist in maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures.
5) Training and Development:
Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate relevant training programs.
Support career development initiatives and mentorship programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus).
2 to 3 years of minimum experience, with a strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
