Roles and Responsibilities
HR Generalist role with focus on the following:
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
Source and Review resumes and applications for open positions; conduct interviews to provide necessary inputs during the hiring process
Conduct Onboarding and Induction Process and facilitate the joining formalities
Employee Experience
Addressing grievances or queries of the employees and provide necessary solution
Maintain and regularly update Employee records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance
Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the pulse of the employees in the organization
HR Operations
Prepare salary statement and bank sheets on a monthly basis
Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
Conduct Retention Dialogue for exit employees and prepare analysis
Conclude the Exit Formalities, prepare and close the full and final settlement of the exited employees
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Masters in Human Resource Management
Minimum 2 years of prior experience in HR Generalist Role

High degree of ownership
Proficient in MS Office
Analytical and Problem Solving Skill
Positive & Pro-active attitude towards work
