JOB DETAILS
1) Reviewing resumes and applications
2) Training new or existing employees
3) Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
4) Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates (such as offer, Job Letter, Experience Letter, Relieving letter) as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
5) Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
6) Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
7) Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have
8) The job of the candidate would be to look after md's schedule
9) Look after his daily meeting and also make minutes accordingly
10) Do liaison with md for all, every activity carried out by him and manage his calls
11) Activity required to complete the follow up task set up by md within and outside organisation.
