Induction and Orientation of the person
Performance Management System Conducting the Quarterly and the Annual Appraisal of all the Levels in the Company, KPI monitoring, mentoring, & coaching etc.
Training & Development Finalizing on the Yearly, Quarterly Calendar based on the TNI , HOD inputs, Directors Inputs and accordingly executing as per plan.
Following the Training as per the Curriculum Guide in the Organization.
Employee Rewards & Recognition Responsible for the Well Done Card, Appreciation card process, Annual Awards Selecting facilitating and any other appreciation process.
Compensation and Benefits Collating the Data required for the Annual Salary Review, Attending Salary Negotiations of Employees, taking care of Statutory Compliance.
Calculating the Annual Incentives, Bonus Data to the Accounts team.
Grievance Handling
Quality Management System (QMS) – ISO :- Adhering to the QMS for the HR department.
Company Policy Implementation
Statutory Compliance – Overseeing the Statutory Compliance. Reply to the PF officials in case of any notice.
Office Safety / Safety Coordinator
Organizational Development / Career Path – Working with the IDP of the Employees
Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS) Conducting the ESS, Analyzing the Results, and preparing the Presentation. Also presenting few of the points during the Quarterly get together.
Should have experience in working with HRMIS Software’s.
