Roles and Responsibilities
Recruitment:
1. Understanding the requirement from the Line Managers / Functional Managers.
2. Sourcing relevant CV's from various job portals / professional networking sites / social media.
3. Conducting telephonic round of interview and further filtering of CV's.
4. Releasing the "Offer Letter" and follow up with the candidate till the candidate is on board.
5. Completing the joining formalities of the employee.
Employee Engagement Activities.
HRMIS.
Database Management.
Employee Relations.
Day to day activities related to HR.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidates with expertise in Talent Acquisition. Preferred from NBFC and Financial Sector.
