Title: HR Executive
Location: Mumbai
Job description
Develop job descriptions persons specifications
Prepare job adverts, checking applications, shortlisting
Coordinating with placements agencies or use web portals to get quality candidates
Felicitating interviews, profiling candidates and final negotiation
Sending offer letter with the selected candidate for closure of Position
Follow up with candidate for his acceptance email & Resignation copy from current organisation
Ensuring complete joining formality is done, pre - joining formalities, issuance of appointment letter and other formalities
Organizing induction program for the new joiner
Ensuring that basic requirements like laptop, mobile SIM, Email ID etc. is arranged for in advance, before the employee joins
Ensuring Full & Final Settlement is done, issuing Experience and Relieving Letters, and completing other Exit Formalities, Taking exit interviews
Payroll management; knowledge on statutory matters
Query and grievances handling of Employees
Maintaining Employee database, various employees records like Employee Attrition, Leave Master in form of MIS
HR Audit - Providing Data to the Internal & External Auditors as and when asked in any specific format
Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
HR Policy - Framing & Implementing Various HR Policies & SOPs
Performance Management System - Working with HODs for on teams for Appraisal process
Training & Development Co-ordination
Conduct & impart In-house Training for the staff on Team Building, Email Etiquette etc.
Conduct training with project staff related to project execution.
Follow up with GMs, Project Coordinators to nominate masons/supervisors to upgrade their skills.
Finalise the nomination for Supervisors training with GMs.
Finalise the list of masons and do arrangement from training venue till the training end.
Organize and execute training for skilled masons on monthly basis.
Evaluations of mason's performance after training by follow up with Supervisors & Project Engineer.
Good knowledge in IR and statutory compliance
Liaison with Government officials etc.
Maintain employee records according to company policy and statutory requirements
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Keep abreast of local compensation and benefits practices and administer C&B Plans
Engage in career conversations with middle level managers and take ownership of managing the individual development of top talent at middle level
Work collaboratively and develop strong partnership with line managers
Maintain employee records, EPF records, gratuity records, employee records etc.
Actively organizing Employee Engagement Activities
Experience
4-6 years strong experience in HR/IR domain
Complete understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
Qualification
MBA / PGDBA in HR/IR
Outstanding organisational & time management abilities
Should have strong negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS office.
Experience preferably in a project/site based environment
Awareness of latest developments within employment legislation
Excellent communication both written and verbal
Confident individual with a proactive attitude
Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism in all dealings
A self-starter, able to demonstrate high levels of initiative and motivation, but also work closely with other team members and displaying trust and loyalty
Ability to manage assigned tasks in an assertive, efficient and timely manner
