Roles and responsibilities:
Ensure strict adherence to all HR processes
Execute responsibilities related to HR operations
Identify and streamline sources for recruitment and ensure a talent pipeline and ready to refer to database of prospective candidates for all critical positions
Ensure timeliness of contract renewals, and their handing over etc.
Driving the annual and individual (wherever required) performance management systems, including timeliness of self and manager appraisals and disbursals of increment and renewal of contracts.
Ensure strict adherence to the onboarding, induction processes to enable smooth transition of candidates within their respective roles within Teams
Ensure timely recruitments and smooth transition into their roles, implementing HR systems, viz. induction, buddy system, periodic feedbacks and assessments
Work closely with the Director - HR and Function Heads and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs. Oversee general administration and manpower planning
Ensure discipline across centers and smooth running of operations by implementation of Code of Conduct
Ensuring all organization resources are maintained on an on-going basis and operations are run within costs and budgets
Ensuring over all upkeep of all facilities of NHCDC with min. wastage and keep strict control on costs and expenditure
Ensure a good HR climate within NHCDC, by driving Employee Engagement initiatives and ensuring cordial and professional relationships with all across the organization

New Horizons Child Development Centre, introduced for the first time in India the concept and practice of self-funded inter-disciplinary, measurable and outcome based rehabilitation where each child gets individual evaluation and intervention in a comprehensive, scientifically planned and documented manner. NHD is one of the largest multi-disciplinary, comprehensive and integrated child development centres in India. Founded in 2003, with currently 5 centres across Mumbai, NHD offers developmental services under one roof through a inter-disciplinary team headed by a Developmental Paediatrician.
