Visit our website for more information: https://nebulaaitsolutions.com/ JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES End to End Recruitment Managing sourcing, screening, scheduling and interviewing candidates. Manage Candidate Tracker. Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques. Employee Onboarding and Exit process Preparing letters such as offer, Appointment, confirmation and relieving. Conducting virtual/ non-virtual employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities. Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly. Handling the full and final settlement of the employees. Employee engagement events and activities Conduct quarterly reward and recognition ceremonies. Engage employees in weekly/monthly and quarterly fun engagement activities. Festive Celebration. Oversee daily operations of the HR department Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them. Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees. Manage employees grievances/ queries if any. Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers. DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Minimum 1+ years’ experience in recruitment and employee lifecycle management with good knowledge of general HR principles and practices. Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Human Resources. Excellent MS Excel & Power point presentation skills. Good at working on computer and HR apps, knowledge on IT terminologies.
