Position Summary
The HR Executive role focuses on developing and managing the employee relationship with business. The purpose of this role is to develop mutually beneficial, on-going relationships with employees through below tasks:
HR Compliance
Employee Engagement
Induction - Onboarding
HR Policies and HR Manual
Exit Formalities
Employee Query Handling
Experience & Skill:
Candidate to have minimum 2 Years of Experience in Core HR .
Masters degree in HR, Business Management,
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
Highly computer literate
Team Player ability and experience
