Major Duties
Recruitment (Turnaround time, Quality, Cost Control, Compliance, Talent Mapping, Induction and Orientation)
HR Operations (Joining process, Induction, Confirmation, Transfer, Exit formalities, Payroll co-ordination)
Increment Promotion
Performance Improvement Program Implementation, Goal Setting, Appraisal
Training Development (Training Needs Analysis, Training Calendar, Identification of Internal/External Trainers, Implementation, Effectiveness Evaluation)
Goal Setting and Performance Management Process Implementation for assigned businesses
HR MIS for the Business (Headcount, Manpower Cost, Internal Equity Analysis, Attrition Analysis, Talent Review Succession Planning, Master Data)
Employee Engagement and regular employee connect
Any other activities assigned by management from time to time
Minor Duties

Relevant industry compensation benchmarking
Timely updating of Business Organization Structure and JDs for all roles
Timely updating of Employee Master data for assigned business in Success Factors
