The company is a consumer finance-focused start-up with technology as the key backbone for financial products and service delivery. The company provides loans to salaried individuals (self-employed/business) and students for upskilling. Being a fintech, the business dispensation is through a technology-led model. 1. Managing of Resource planning & administrative requirements of the compan including Recruitments, vendor management, Payroll.
2. Liasioning with Internal Employees, candidates, external agencies and vendors, for various activities
3. Closely working with other teams like finance & accounts, compliance for invoicing, payables & receivables tracking, and monitoring
4. Providing assistance for various marketing campaigns, agency interactions, and collateral management
5. Providing assistance for preparing official communication, office memos meant for various stakeholders, regulators, and external agencies from time-to-time
