Skills Required
Open for freshers with strong communication
Highly self-motivated and directed with strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
Working knowledge on other HR operational activities
Knowledge & understanding of payroll, employee engagement
Behavioral Attributes
Strong interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with various job portals like Naukri, Monster, Times Job, Updazz, IIM jobs, etc.
Knowledge of various alternative sourcing techniques through social media, LinkedIn, Facebook, GitHub & more
Strong MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
People from Recruitment Consulting backgrounds are preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle
Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate is on-boarded
Articulate in writing a plan with deliverable's, timelines, and a formal tracking process/reporting/metrics
Work with hiring managers to understand immediate and future requirements
Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
Must have experience in stakeholder management and leadership hiring
