We looking for HR Executive ho has broad knowledge of HR function should be capable of working handling all HR and admin, from hiring to on boarding and from employee compensation to evaluation. If you have a passion for HR, are familiar with labor law and look to kick start your career in the field, this is the place to be. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR and admin tasks and you’ll also act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics.
The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively : -
1. Screening Resumes from Portal i.e Naukri, Shine, Aasan, Indeed some time linked In. Shortlisting the candidate, conducting initial Interview to narrow the number of potential candidates who will call for face to face and then to final round.
2 Issuing offer letter, appointment letter to employee
3 Collecting all the required document for official record,
4 Introducing the new employee to all department through mail. Preparing for Induction.
5 Arranging joining Kit, workstation, system with access permission, ID card, access Card. Ensuring the employment form is filled. Providing employees handbook.
6 Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.
7 Taking Exit Interview of an employee ensuring internal feedback form is filled by employee.
8 Updating details of employee in Spine payroll and managing the same.
9 Designing the salary structure, taking the approval from Management
10 Handling the records of attendance and leave register of employees.
11 Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary & ensuring all payroll transaction are processed efficiently.
