Should have knowledge of the Payroll Process.
· Managing Payroll related compliance like PF, ESIC, PT & MLWF.
· Able to prepare salary annexure as per compliance.
· Should have knowledge of Minimum Wages.
· Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verification.
· Managing multiple employee databases and HRIS.
· Calculation of Gratuity, Bonus, Leave Encashment, Compensation.
· Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
· Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Processing of Full and Final settlement of resigned employee.
