Roles and Responsibilities
Will be part of central TA team & responsible for hiring & execution of recruitment for the assigned Business across levels/roles.
Maintaining a strong candidate pool through resourcing mapping and graduate and mid-career events to support future business hiring needs.
Supporting the end to end recruitment process and facilitate the completion of forecasted recruitment demand.
Developing close working relationships Business Line Managers to build an in-depth understanding of resourcing issues and requirements.
Should be well versed with Recruitment done through Head Hunting, Linkedin, Networking , Job Portal & References.
Desired Candidate Profile -Candidate must have BFSI recruitment experience, good communication skills, process oriented.
