Roles and Responsibilities :
Responsibilities
Recruitment -Responsible for full-cycle recruitment: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
Sourcing from Job Portals, References, Networking, Database, Google, LinkedIn etc.
Maintain professional relations with the candidates.
Use social networking tools to tap talent.
Meeting targets for vacancies filled and people placed.
Maintain the General Administrative matters on day-to-day basis in co-ordination with HR Head.
Maintain the Employee Relation matters like Employee discipline, grievance, counselling, motivation, culture.
Co-ordinate with other departments regarding the effective implementation of HR policies & procedure.
Maintain all human resources records
Ensure smooth day to day HR operations including leave management, salary processing
Initiate and conduct employee engagement activities from time to time including rewards.
Manage exit process.
Sending daily reports of work done
Implementing all rules, procedures, directives etc.
Adherence to our company norms, values and integrity.
Advance Excel skills added advantage
IT recruiting experience added advantage

Good communication must (Verbal & Written) and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and use new tools
Quick Learner
Team Player
Understanding of the recruitment process
Good presentation skills
Immediate joiners preferred.
