1. Assist the HR department in the hiring process.
2. Ensure a fair recruitment plan and oversee new hiring, interviews, and orientations.
3. Handling HR Generalist activity.
4. Handling Employee Engagement activities.
5. Must have good hands-on experience in job portals for recruitment.
6. Managing complete hiring cycle-sourcing, screening, selection, coordinating interviews, joining formalities.
7. Maintaining On-Boarding (Issuing offer, Appointment letter, welcome kit, salary and background verification, documentation.
8.Asisting HR Manager for monthly attendance, payroll.
9. Taking Induction for new joiners.
