Purpose of Role Responsible for driving a signature employee experience across processes such as onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, rewards and recognition, engagement, grievance handling etc. to support a high performance work culture; also responsible for HR analytics and reporting for the function Main Responsibilities - Ensuring a signature employee experience across multiple touchpoints in coordination with Line Manager and IBS HR team - Ensuring smooth welcome for New joiners with Onboarding formalities, Induction and Org Announcement.- Coordinating & facilitating Performance Management process with partnering functions (Marketing, Finance, CGA & Legal) for the processes of Goal Setting, Mid- Year review and Year End Review.- Being the HR SPOC for colleagues in Corporate Functions from junior to mid level, ensuring strong employee connect with this employee population- Designing employee communication around unleashment agenda and project managing the execution of the Unleashment agenda across Marketing, Finance, CGA and Legal; enabling organizational announcements and implementing changes in reporting line / position title / level etc via IBS HR team- Managing and coordinating for initiatives as per plan like Monthly events, Quarterly Townhalls, Factory Visits, Market Visits and other Corporate Initiatives- Managing Payroll Inputs for Onroll & Retainers time to time before deadline.- Maintaining the employee data base including increments, promotions, probation, confirmation etc- Maintaining and sharing HR MIS data and dashboards of Finance & Corp functions as required - Managing Exit formalities & Interviews for leavers- Managing Contractors / Retainers / Interns of Marketing , Finance & Corp functions Qualifications Career Experiences Required & Role Implications : Educational Qualification : MBA- HR Work Experience : Min 2-4 years
