Employee engagement and handling employee grievances
Maintaining employee data in excel as well as in files
Responsibilities and Duties
Involved in End to End recruitment.Screening,shortlisting,mapping skills with existing
requirements,interest check,scheduling interviews,salary negotiations,final closure and regular
follow ups.
Recruiting through Internal Sources, Headhunting and Consultants and through online job portals like (Naukri, Monster, Linkedin, Quikrjobs) across all functions.
Handling employee first day induction and other joining formalities.
Updation of details of new joinees, generating employee codes.
Tracking, updating and maintaning the files of employees both personal and in systems.
Sending background verification form and other necessary documents of new joinees to the third party vendor.
Follow up with the employees for insufficiencies and taking up with the closure.
Sending inputs to finance of processing salaries, petrol expenses and incentives for Off roll employees.
Salary Calculation in excel.
Maintaining tracker for all salary processed and paid expenses.
Client management.
Point of contact for client and employees for work related queries.
Performance management by communicating the set standards for services provided to the clients.
Following up with the employees for knowing the reasons for not meeting standards and low performance and letting them know the consequences if not improved immediately.
Explaining the performance parameters on which basis performance is measured.
Analyzing and sorting out the grievance of employees related to performance, salary on regular basis.
Leave record management
Maintaining all necessary records related to employees.
