JOB DETAILS
1) End to end bulk/lateral hiring for vivid position (From getting manpower requirements to on boarding employee)
2) Handle joining & Exit Formalities (initial Induction, Work place & asset allocation. Documentation, Letters, policy communication, KPI & KRA Document updates)
3) Help HR team to collect employee details for system inputs
4) Keep track of employment terms and status (confirmations, internships)
5) Provide letters to the employee’s time to time (Confirmation, Increments, appointment, promotion, Special permission letters etc)
6) Maintain and update all records and performances reports of the employee
7) Coordinate with HR team to identify Employee training needs
8) Handle employee queries and grievances
9) Employee leave & Attendance management
10) Assisting to arrange Employee activity on monthly basis
Other requirements –
1) Hands on experience in core HR Activities (Pref. in Audio streaming industry)
2) Attention to detail and ability to analyze data and offer recommendations for improvement in processes & Ability to Multitask with Team
3) Advance MS Office skills
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
