Employee Relations Responsibilities:
Recruitment: -
Involved in the complete hiring process right from the executive level to the VP in the organization. Formulating headhunting strategy to hire best resources at the top management.
Independently handling several requirements together, believe in multiplexing the work to save time.
Technologies, Database Administration, Embedded Systems, Web Technologies, ERP, Systems/ Network Administration, RDBMS, Data warehousing, Infrastructure Management, System Integration and Mainframe etc using various tools like head hunting, walk- in- interview, internet and employee referrals.
Working closely with the Technical Consultants and Technical Interviewers in the company and frequently change the list of interviewers as per new requirement demands. General:
Handling joining formalities - Employee Information Sheet, Collecting the relevant documents Viz. Photograph, Academic Certificates, Experience Letter & Relieving Letter and Introducing the new Joinees to the existing employees of the Organization.
Involved in Formulation & Implementation of New & Existing HR Policies, developing offer letter/ Appointment letter and Maintaining Policy Records in appropriate system. Handling Queries related to HR Policies.
Handling & Maintaining Employee Database (Both in Soft copy and File Management System) .
Maintain MIS Reports (Tracking Sheet) .
Developing KPI for employees and Performance review along with concerned dept. Head.,
