As an HR Executive at Your Company Name, you will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle from hiring to separation. Our ideal candidate should have experience in handling HR-related tasks and should be familiar with relevant laws and regulations.Manage the full employee lifecycle: From hiring and onboarding to performance management, employee relations, and separation, you'll oversee every stage of an employee's journey with us.
Talent Acquisition: Support recruitment efforts by assisting with job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, providing guidance and resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Compliance & Regulations: Stay up-to-date with relevant labor laws and regulations (e.g., local employment laws, ESIC, PF, etc.) and ensure the company adheres to all legal requirements.
Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes, provide guidance on goal setting, and assist with performance improvement plans.
HR Initiatives: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
