Full job description
As an HR Executive at Mayin Advisory Services, you will play a pivotal role in supporting end-to-end HR practices. Key Responsibilities include -
Recruitment: Assisting in attracting the best talent using successful hiring strategies.
Onboarding: Guaranteeing a seamless and immersive orientation process for new team members.
Employee Lifecycle Management: Overseeing various stages of an employee's journey within the organization.
Performance and Rewards: Coordinating the management of performance and rewards processes.
Employee Engagement: Facilitating effective communication with employees to enhance engagement.
