Roles and Responsibilities
Talent Management: Source, recruit, motivate and retain exceptional talent for the company. You will be required to be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process.
Payroll and Admin: We use a robust payroll management system. You will be required to execute payroll file every month and send to accounts team for further processing. You will also be required to handle investment declaration, proof validation and any issues that employees face with the payroll/HR software and leaves. You will also be required to manage all employee HR documents. Work with external consultants for PF, ESIC and related compliances.
Review and update company policies by working with the external / internal stakeholders.
Plan monthly/quarterly team bonding activities by working with team/branch heads.
Work with external vendors/agencies for HR, office administrative work and co-ordinate with Finance for any vendor payment related to administrative work.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous recruitment/talent acquisition experience is a a huge plus.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Marathi or Gujarati will be added bonus.
Proficiency in using Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Should be able to use basic web/mobile apps related to HR, Payroll (training/guidance will be provided).
