Job description
We at Marathon Group have opening for HR Executive Role into Compliance and PMS. Candidate with minimum 2 years of experience and core exposure into HR operations with below mentioned skills to drive the said role can apply with us by sending your updated resume.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Salary processing and disbursement including all statutory deductions.
2. Ensure timely payment of Provident Fund, Profession Tax, ESIC and MLWF.
3. Income tax, processing Form 16 and quarterly TDS returns.
4. Full and final settlement of employees and exit formalities.
5. Handling internal and external audit.
6. Handle employee queries related to payroll, attendance and leave.
7. Manage investment declaration and investment proof submission process for employees.
8. PF, ESIC and MLWF registrations of new joiners.
Preferred male candidate for the above said role.
Desired Candidate Profile
BCom Graduate with minimum 2 yrs of experience into HR operations , PMS , Compliance. Knowledge of HR software is a must.
We have 2 opening - Executive Compliance / Payroll Management and another opening is for Executive - PMS and Compliance (candidate experience into performance management process and payroll process.) Work Location Mulund and Site .
