Job description
Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible in supporting the HR team in talent acquisition and other operational activities
Key Responsibilities include -
Source candidates that meet the required criteria from various sourcing channels including but not limited to external job boards, external vendors and social media platforms e.g. LinkedIn, Naukri, etc
Build talent pools for various business functions and handle multiple sourcing requisitions simultaneously whilst also knowing when to prioritize
Maintain the applicant database and recruitment dashboards to ensure effectiveness of the talent acquisition function
End to end management of the background verification process and onboarding process for new joiners
Vendor Management including liaising with external vendors for invoicing etc
Provide necessary payroll inputs to HR Operations for all new joiners, create offers, issue employment contracts and complete joining formalities
Handle other operational activities related to recruitment, onboarding and operations and address queries received from new joiners
What we are looking for
An ideal candidate should be a graduate/postgraduate with 5 to 6 years of relevant work experience and below abilities
Relevant experience in sourcing through job portals, vendors etc
Experience in HR aspects like Talent Acquisition and Operations
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
The role requires coordinating with multiple global stakeholders, hence good facilitation skills is necessary
Experience in shipping/maritime industry will be an added advantage
