Role: Accountable of entire Recruitment Process.
Job Description:-
Cooperation with all the Technical Consultants understand the received clients requirement.
First Thing to get started with the Process is to acknowledge the Emergency, Criticality and importance of the Client and Project.
Plan the process in guidance of Managing Committee
Project Implementation & time to time planning during the target process.
After projecting the plan to the concern team. Hr Executives to be deployed for the assignment according to the requirement.
HR Executive team is a common team, so can be shuffled and put under any team leader to assist the current project, according to the requirement.
To have control & Responsible for each and every little work of every HR team.
Accountable for every project and its work in progress.
Management Committee can call for a report any time during working hours.
According to the criticality of each of the project the virtual presence is must after the working hours / holiday(24 hours available on mobile or land line)
Accountable of each team and its assignment.
Briefing each team before every new project.
Combine meeting of 5 to 10 mins. Every day with each team.
Generating Reports for each company and its new assignment.
Training and Development of each Individuals of the entire organization periodically.
Reporting to be followed strictly
After the response to the advertisement, the screening and short listing is done by the Technical Consultants and forwarded to the team leader followed by the Manager HR.- To be studied.
Assign the job accordingly to the Executives for calling the candidates S/L by the consultant.
Calling is also a part of job along with executives.
Maintaining records of each candidate as per company format & to be sent the same to the company.
