Recruitment
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions
Onboarding & Induction
Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

MIS Handling and updation
Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed
Ensure HR Assistant requirements such as following up with vendors for payments, handling MIS
Payroll and Attendance management
