We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our employees, maintaining HR processes, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, benefits administration, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
Conduct job interviews and assessments, ensuring a fair and unbiased selection process.
Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
Assist in managing employee disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary improvements.
HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
Maintain accurate employee records and files.
Performance Management: Assist in performance evaluation processes, providing guidance to managers and employees.
Contribute to the development of performance improvement plans.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Compile HR metrics and data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Prepare reports on HR activities, trends, and outcomes.
HR Projects: Collaborate on HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion efforts, and process improvements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Any Graduate, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR practices and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. (English Speaking)
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Ladies candidate (Married) staying in Ambernath or nearby will be Preferred.
