Job description
MSW/MBA HR/ MA SW candidates having 2 to 5 yrs of work experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment & Generalist role
Understanding Business requirements and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the Business requirement.
Should have experience in recruiting software professional with skills in IT Infrastructure, storage system, networking domain, programming, development, Testing, quality, ecommerce, Enterprise solutions. Administrative, Finance and middle management profiles.
Source candidates using multiple sourcing channels including internal databases, job boards , head-hunting and networking
Engage candidates for strategically positioning job opportunities and our organizations
Understanding candidates profile to evaluate role fitment (Screening & Short listing)
Build and strengthen candidate relationships to be able to network and headhunt passive job seekers
Manage scheduling and coordination related activities in the entire recruitment process
Sourcing profiles through Head Hunting, Job Portals, Portals, social networking and databases.
Involve in working on all department's requirements, sourcing senior level passive candidates to active job seekers.
Effective command over social networking skills and actively worked on non-job portal recruitments.
Should posses excellent communication skills.
