Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Closure of the Positions using sources like Job Portals, Professional Sites, Head Hunting, Database Mining etc
Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
Induction Program:
Familiarize the new joiner with the Company policies, rules & regulations
Update the details of the new joiner in all the official records
Centre Visits for induction
Joining formalities & HR Operations:
Ensuring IT, ID Cards, and Employee Code service requests are raised for new joinees.
Ensuring all on boarding documents are completed
Helping with PF and ESIC
Requirements
Proven work experience or 2-5 years as an HR Executive/ Recruiter or similar role preferably in Education, BPO, telecom, retail industry.
Comfortable and experienced in hiring in large numbers consistently.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Experience with sourcing techniques
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Sound judgement
Graduate/PG/BBA /B.Sc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or relevant field
