We require a Recruiting Specialist Executive who can handle a complete Recruitment cycle. The HR Recruiter will source candidates from Job portals, Linkedin, networking, headhunting, candidate references, Screening across the industries. The recruiter will manage all aspects from candidate sourcing-to-closure.
Designation : Hr Recruiter/Recruitment Executive
Job Description:
End to end recruitment. Recruitment Utilizing various sourcing methods like Job portals,
Sourcing resumes from Job sites, job groups, and references.
Utilize social media recruiting skills to market the open positions, attract talent and build online communities
Screening & short-listing candidates profile as per the requirements of clients
Involved in Sourcing & Headhunting Scheduling & coordinating the interview between Candidate & Client, following up till the candidates join.
Maintaining a database of prospective candidates. Maintaining daily/weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports & feedback reports.
Skills Required: -
Excellent communication skills needed,
Expertise in the full Recruitment life cycle.
Prior work experience in HR/recruitment will be an added advantage.
Graduates/ Freshers with or without experience can also apply.
