Chief role of the HR Executive is to deliver on end-to-end HR processes through employee’s lifecycle for a set of 1000+ employees in 4-8 branches in Mumbai and Pune.
Talent Management & Induction
- OrganiZing & conducting recruitment drives for regular staffing needs
- Building a database of recruitment sources for seasonal hires
- Driving induction programs for all new hires
Employee Relations
- Proactively drive positive employee relations across the business
- Handling all employee grievances and resolving issues within specified TAT
- Leading the HR-helpdesk set-up across all branches – training executives on handling all queries relating to pending salaries, return of original certificates, transfer of teachers and resolving any other complaints
- Conducting exit interviews and analyzing attrition figures
Employee Communications:
- Communication of HR policies, pay slips, statutory deductions and clarifying doubts regarding these to employees on an ongoing basis
- Training of stakeholders for effective implementation of HR policies
- Interactive sessions with employees for feedback on HR policies
