Manages day-to-day administration of HR processes to ensure timely and accurate execution of transactions.
Manage frontline communication with employees, respond to questions around HR policies, processes and practices. Handle day to day employee issues.
Identify any issues which need to be brought to the notice of the HR manager or Business Leads.
Determines, recommends and executes employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
Administers and executes certain HR programs.
Collects and analyzes data to support HR activities.
Processes complex data requests.
Coordinates and executes employee training that addresses company training needs including training needs assessment, new employee onboarding or orientation, management development, cross-training
Manages the preparation and maintenance of such reports as are necessary to carry out the functions of the department.
COMPANY DETAILS
Responsible for HR operations and HRIS for the Sales Support CoE at Pune which is engaged with the Global Sales Support, CoE.
This role requires to collaboratively and effectively partner with HR Manager supporting the India Sales Support CoE.
