JOB DETAILS
Work on the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
· Participate in the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation
· Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of personnel information.
· Administer HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, agreements and HR policies.
· Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures and programs
· Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team-building activities, events and employee recognition programs.
· Closing the open position on given TAT and work on targets
· Manage daily HR operations and processes including payroll, compliances, and leave management.
· Need to source the candidates from the various recruiting agencies and the ads posted online. Resume shortlisting of candidates who have applied for the job and then conducting telephonic interviews
· Managing monthly and quarterly compliances as per the labor laws.
· Responsible for managing various stages of employee life cycle which include Talent Acquisition
· Responsible for End-to-End Payroll processing.
· Responsible for complying with all Statutory & Labor Law Compliances like PF, ESIC and PT Challans file for payroll employees.
· Providing day to day support to employees for queries. Working closely with team to
improve employee engagement, to build morale and increase productivity and retention.
· Handling problems related to PF matters like Double UAN Creation, Updating KYC in Member UAN, Submission of PF forms Declarations & Other problems.
· Any other work as per the directives
