Talent Acquisition:
Partnering with line managers to ensure accurate understanding of the requirement
guiding the line managers in understanding recruitment policy and SOP
Bulk hiring :
sourcing and screening of candidates for Jewelry manufacturing
Conducting telephonic and face to face interviews
salary negotiations
Employee on boarding:
scheduling of induction programs and factory visits for new joinees
Inducting new employees and cascading information on Jewelex policies and products
Vendor Management:
Identifying, empanelling and on-boarding placement services
tracking of bills of vendors and ensuring on time payments
HR operations:
Guiding HR operations executive in creating appointment letters, confirmation letters, offer letters, gratuity letters etc.
Ensure accurate data capture in HRIS
Verifying employee documents
Conducting employee back ground verification
Co-ordinate with admin team for employee gate passes
Conducting exit interviews
HR MIS:
updating and sharing recruitment tracker with GM HR
keeping track of recruitment costs and TAT for all positions
Apprenticeship:
Leading the entire apprenticeship program by recruiting, inducting and registering apprentices for diverse roles
Co-ordinating with ITI insitutes for apprentice examinations
Job Analysis and Assessments:
Assist in creating JDs for various new roles
Assist in designing various assessments for candidates for recruitment purpose
