Oversee the onboarding and integration process for new hires, facilitating a welcoming and informative experience.
Manage the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
Direct training and development initiatives, identifying needs and coordinating learning opportunities.
Handle the administration of daily HR functions and duties.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, continually refining them for effectiveness and compliance.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns, fostering open communication.
Conduct the performance review process, providing guidance and support to both managers and employees.
Organize and execute company events and employee engagement programs to promote a positive workplace culture.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in human resources management.
Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS or HRMS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
Solid organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to lead multiple projects.
