Job description
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Draft and post job descriptions on job boards and social media platforms.
Manage candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
Conduct reference and background checks.
Onboarding & Employee Orientation
Design and conduct onboarding programs for new hires.
Ensure all employment documentation is complete.
Facilitate introductions to the organization and its culture.
Employee Relations
Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and queries.
Support in resolving conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.
Organize team-building and employee engagement activities.
Payroll & Compensation
Assist in processing payroll and maintaining accurate employee records.
Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and labor regulations.
Manage attendance, leave, and other benefits systems.
Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
Compliance & Policies
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Update and implement HR policies and procedures.
Prepare and submit statutory reports as required.
Performance Management
Support the performance appraisal process.
Assist in drafting performance improvement plans (PIPs).
HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Generate HR reports and metrics for management.
Manage HR correspondence and documentation.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
Attention to detail and confidentiality.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in Spine Software is mandatory for this role. Candidates must have hands-on experience and the ability to efficiently operate and utilize the software for day-to-day tasks, ensuring optimal productivity and accuracy.
1-3 years of experience in an HR role.
