- Preparing salary register and giving necessary details to accounts and finance team.
- Handling ESIC and EPF accounts.
- Structuring work policies, benefits policies and making sure they are implemented and employees are benefited from it.
- Acting like a bridge between management and employees.
- Providing training to employees.
- Handling appraisals, employee complaints and concerns.
- Motivating employees to be delivery oriented by being involving an engaging them in all company aspects.
