Conducting Campus Interviews.
Coordinate with various colleges for Campus Recruitment.
Handling joining and Exit formalities of new employees.
Generation of Experience Letters, Relieving Letters.
Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop relationship and to understand overall needs and requirements
Taking First round of Interview.
Dealing with employee complaints and grievances.
Supervision of attendance and leave record.
Convey the Policies and rules to the employees.
Maintain the records of employees.
Preparing MIS Reports.
