Job description
Position Summary
We are looking to hire an experienced HR Associate to manage and maintain our human resources records. In this role, you will be responsible for obtaining and recording HR information, managing the HR database, and assisting company employees with
on boarding procedures and HR-related issues.
Key Responsibility Areas
Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire on boarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience
Provides information by answering queries related to procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operation
Maintains human resources records by maintaining applications, rsums, and applicant logs.
Verifies candidates background by contacting references.
Managing employee database accurately & updating the personnel file
Helps employees by explaining benefit programs.
Maintains manager and employee confidence by keeping human resources information confidential.
Work with location HR leads to drive engagement initiatives for the location
Support in payroll processing, including payroll inputs and reports
Maintenance of the employee database in the group Mediclaim policy
Skills
Excellent command on English language (Spoken and Written)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power point specially)
Passion for excellence with high attention to details
Proactive and highly organised with strong time management skills
Self-motivated and eagerness to learn new and different things
Credible, confident and articulate, with good communication and presentation skills
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
Qualifications
Education:
Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline from a reputed University/College.
Fresher to 2 years of experience.
