JOB DETAILS
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating for Payroll by providing necessary inputs of data collected, Statutory Compliances, PF.
2. Conducting induction of new joiners followed by all the All the joining formalities like employment form,bank forms, PF forms and collecting all the relevant documents to open a new employee record.
3. HR Letters: Issuing Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Transfer Letter, Appraisal Letter.
4. New employee On boarding - Orientation, Induction, documentation and system procedures;
5. Handling the end to end recruitment.
6. Managing candidates database on the HRIS
Eligibility Criteria:
Only Male graduate candidates can apply.
Candidate must have minimum 01 Year of relevant work experience.
Salary :
12 k to 15 k (Negotiable)
