Working days: Monday to Saturday
Experience: 1 to 2 years, fresher can apply
Responsibilities
· Source, qualify and match candidates to defined profiles and specific open requisitions.
· Develop a thorough understanding of the profiles for which you are searching by forming and maintaining a relationship with the hiring manager and internal stakeholders and coordinating with them on daily basis.
· Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies
· Work with a database for sourcing and tracking candidates
· Create a talent pool for future prospects
· Generating recruitment reports on a timely basis.
· Maintaining Trackers and coordinating with the hiring managers
· Responsible for end-to-end Recruitment Cycle.
Promote our services among new inquiries via calling and email
Client visits to resolve their queries.
· Answering phones and explaining the products and services offered by the company.
Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Graduate/Post Graduate interested in making their career in Recruitment
Freshers with Internship experience in Recruitment is preferred
Should have excellent communication skills
Ability and inclined to learn about the position requirement
Passion for HR and Talent Acquisition methods
Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English
