Job posting, mass emailing on portals. Scheduling & Follow up the interview of candidates Database management.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews Develop and follow various recruitment methodologies.
Develop and maintain a database of prospective candidates.
Handling End to End Recruitment Process.
Analysing and Understanding Requirement & Sourcing for the right fit.
Follow-up with all the scheduled Candidates and Coordinate with them.
Follow up with the candidates till the On Boarding.
Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reporting.
Acquainted with job Portals (Naukri, Monster).
Sourcing Candidates using Job Portals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should be presentable & good in communication.
2. Candidate should have Recruitment experience from 2 to 3.5 years’ experience.
3. Candidate will be only handling recruitment.
